Pendimo identified that Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council were at the early stages of the preparation of their Local Plan. Although the land owners had a rural agent they were not informed of the sites potential. Pendimo were instructed by the landowners to actively openly market the site to Developers and Land Promotors. We received a large number of offers from parties therefore confirming the sites potential. Through our discussions and negotiations, we selected a party who demonstrated they had the experience and credentials to consultancy teams to deliver the site with planning permission.

If delivered, the development will also see the creation of over 650 new homes, a new Country Park in the Borough, helping to strike an appropriate balance in planning terms when considering the need to preserve the role and function of the surrounding Green Belt in this area.
