On the instructions of a private landowner client, Pendimo were asked to be the Land Disposal Agent for the Landowners. We were engaged to act as the development consultant to manage the consultancy team to ensure a robust and expedient consent was achieved. The site was not allocated with tin the local authority Local plan and they were unable to demonstrate a five year housing land supply. This in turn meant that there was a presumption in favour of development and we secured the consent. Pendimo then openly marketed the site to all of the national and regional Housebuilders and we successfully negotiated terms with a national Housebuilder.
