Acting on instructions from our retained clients Croudace Homes, we were tasked with identifying and securing Residential Development opportunities with the Hertford area. We assessed the sites suitability and ensured it matched our client brief. We provided Consultancy advice relating to sales revenues, housing mix and affordable Housing.

The site had planning permission for 60 residential plots and working with our clients we submitted our offer that resulted in a sale within 8 weeks.
