Formal instructions were received by the landowner after a recommendation for a former client to deliver a successful marketing campaign. The landowner had secured outline planning permission himself for the erection of 85 residential plots. Pendimo were instructed to market the development land on the open market to all medium and large housebuilder. Weekly marketing updates were given to the client which ensured that they were kept up to date on all matters. This was particularly important as the land owners are working farmers which means that Pendimo delivered updates later in the evening once they had got home from tending their land. Once the offers were received Pendimo created a short list of parties whose offers we felt were deliverable to interview where we critiqued there offers to ensure that all shortlisted parties could be assessed on the same basis. Once we had concluded that process we selected a party who has now purchased the site for a considerable sum.
