Pendimo provided initial Development consultancy advice to the landowners on the development potential of the land. We were instructed to market the site to Land Promotors and Housebuilders. Selected a shortlist of parties and invited them to propose best and final bids based on a promotion agreement.  Pendimo then negotiated terms with a Land promotor. The site is at appeal having been refused planning due to the Local Authority claiming that they have a five year housing land supply. Once the appeal has been upheld Pendimo will dispose of the site via a rigorous and detailed marketing campaign.
