Pendimo were instructed by a National Housebuilder to secure sites in the South Cambridgeshire area. We identified the land as having strong planning credentials and one that would be likely to secure an allocation and subsequent planning permission.

We negotiating promotion agreement terms with five landowners for our client who is a national housebuilder. We continually monitored the planning status for the term of the agreement up to the and including the reserved matters stage. Outline Planning permission was achieved in early 2018 for 126 residential dwellings. The Developer will purchase the site once reserved matters have been secured.
