Acting on behalf of CBRE Investments Pendimo were instructed to expose the site to the open market. The site was a former Honda dealership and had significant technical issues such as  topography, Japanese knotweed and ground contamination. Once offers were received for this brownfield site Pendimo assessed all parties and established the true cost of the abnormal cost. This resulted in a seam less transaction to a Housing Association who constructed 40 residential dwelling.
