Hullbridge

Pendimo were asked to provide development and planning consultancy services to a private landowner who owns land at Hullbridge , Essex measuring around 20 acres. The team is positively engaging with Rochford District Council through the Local Plan process. We are setting out a sustainable concept for development within the spatial Vision document, which is supported by a comprehensive technical base. If delivered it will bring around 150 new homes to the area. Pendimo are actively managing the consultancy team which includes planners, design teams and Landscape architects. Once planning has been achieved Pendimo will openly market the site and offer it to housebuilders.
