We contacted the land owner who had not been to the site in 30 years and agreed a planning strategy that would ensure the site had the best chance of securing a planning permission. We achieved an outline planning consent for 6 residential dwellings with no affordable housing requirements with 5 months. Pendimo then openly marketed the site and secured offers substantially higher than market value. The site will complete within the next few weeks thus ensuring the land owner has received a uplift in value of 60 times the previous land value.
