Instruction were received by Carisbrooke, an Investment fund that focuses of property development.  The Brownfield site was part of a larger closed end property portfolio and was the last remaining asset . We were instructed to present the site to the market on a subject to planning basis.  After a period of marketing the site was sold to a national housebuilder and a significant level.
