Pendimo were approached by a private land owner and were sked to provide consultancy, planning and marketing advice on a large 100 acre Strategic parcel of land. A residential consultancy role was undertaken by Pendimo which resulted in this residential development site being marketed to Land Promotors and National house builders. This resulted in a promotion agreement being entered into with a national housebuilder. The scheme will deliver around 650 residential new homes once planning permissions has been achieved. The site value once consented will be around the £40 million level.
